I hope the kitchen is sanded and the tile floor looks nice. Actually, it better be damn good. There are two possible scenarios. He could be thinking...
#1 - "I better get my ass in gear and get the house looking presentable so I can invite the new girl over to visit."
#2 - "I'd do anything - including replace the toilets, paint the walls, re-tile the floors, or sand the kitchen - so long as I don't have to go out with that girl again."
I'm starting to wonder....
